Dwight Dietrich
Founder, Vice Chairman and Chief Solutions Officer
A co-founder of DYNAMiX, Dwight Dietrich serves as the company's Chief Solutions Officer leading strategic and business
development, vertical solutions development and professional services. Mr. Dietrich has 20 years of experience in building
technology-based companies, focusing product development, marketing, sales and operations. Dwight spent much of the last
decade building FORE Systems (now Marconi Communications), one of the original ATM networking market leaders. As one of
the early core members of FORE Systems, he created and developed FORE's marketing, sales, and business development functions
growing the business from $5M in revenues to over $500M in 1997. He holds BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell
University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Eugene Fink
Chief Scientist
As one of the early scientists affiliated with DYNAMiX, Eugene has played a leadership role in developing the core algorithms
underlying the Intelligent Matching Engine. Eugene also holds an academic appointment at USF following his recent PhD
in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. He is an expert in the areas of algorithm theory, data mining and
heuristic problem solving.
Ganesh Mani
Founder, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer
Ganesh Mani leads the development of DYNAMiX's products and service offerings. Ganesh has advised e-commerce and asset
management firms including WISDOM Technologies, Trade-direct, Inc. and BNP/Cooper Neff. Mr. Mani's previous firm, Advanced
Investment Technology, was acquired by State Street Global Advisors (SSgA). His experience at State Street helped Ganesh
develop a comprehensive understanding of the significant value technology can bring to the financial services arena. Ganesh
has been featured on ABC Nightline and in a Barron's cover story titled "New Brains on the Block". Mr. Mani
has an MBA in Finance and a PhD in Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence from the University of Wisconsin-Madison,
as well as an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Phil Hayes Senior VP, Software Engineering
Phil Hayes, Senior VP, Software Engineering, leads the engineering of
DYNAMiX products. Dr. Hayes has been involved with leading edge computer
technology for over 30 years. Most recently he was CTO of OpenWebs, where
he led development of a patent-pending framework for real-time peer-to-peer
trading between businesses in a distribution chain. Earlier at Carnegie
Group, Phil oversaw the development of many large knowledge-based
applications that delivered significant value to major corporations,
including Caterpillar, Reuters, First USA Bank, and Bell South. Many of
these system commercialized technology from Carnegie-Mellon University,
where he was previously a faculty member. Phil has a BA in math from Oxford
University, a masters in artificial intelligence from the University of
Edinburgh, and a doctorate in computer science from Ecole Polytechnique,
Lausanne.
Mike Foster Vice President, Financial Services
Mr. Foster serves as Vice President, Financial Services at DYNAMiX, bringing
a wealth of Wall Street experience to the sales and marketing efforts in
financial services. Mike's knowledge of the complexities of financial
services combined with his earlier role in product management at DYNAMiX enables a
unique perspective on matching applications in the real-time, data-intensive world
of financial services. Mike has five years of equity trading experience
with firms such as Hambrecht & Quist, Herzog, Heine & Geduld and
Knight Securities. Prior to that he was a Corporate Banking Officer at PNC
Bank. Mike is a graduate of Harvard College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in
Government.
